It is a small-scale dairy processor and distributor, with aÂ production capacity of more than 9,75,00 liters of milk per year. The company is situated at the Pokhara Industrial Estate and was established in 1999.

Pati Khola Hydro Power Pvt. Ltd.
It is the first hydropower project experience of BATAS with the financial cooperation of Himalayan Bank Ltd. on the 70/30 debt equity financing ratio. With an investment of $1.9 million, the Hydro Power Project was commenced in 2008 September. This project is located in theÂ center of Nepal – Parvat district. The projects are eco-friendly, locally financial and do not involve any submergence or rehabilitation. After the success of this project, BATAS has also establishedÂ Sikless and Phawa Khola Hydro projects.
Phawa Khola Hydro Power Pvt. Ltd.
It is a hydropower project that yields 5MW of electricity. It was established with a financial cooperation lead by Clean Energy Development Bank Ltd. with the consortium of other 2 commercial banks on the debt equity financing ratio 60/40 on the projected cost of $8 million. The project is located in the east of Nepal (Phawa river of Taplejung district).
Sikless Hydropower Pvt. Ltd.
The hydropower project was incorporated in 2011 under the Nepalese company act with the financial cooperation lead by Nepal Bank Limited with a consortium of other 4 commercial banks on the debt equity ratio 70/30 and on the projected cost of Rs 180 million ($ 18 million). The plant is situated in one of the tourist trekking destinations that is in Gurung village Sikless, Kaski District. It is the 13 MW power plant with two turbine/generator units. It entered into a Power Purchase Agreement(PPA) with Nepal Electricity Authority(NEA) in 2009 for the sale and purchase of energy. The PPA is valid for 25 years from the official date ofÂ commencement.
